Xiaoying was born in ancient China. Her parents were farmers for Emperor Zixin.  At 8, her parents were framed by a jealous farmer and they were executed by the emporer. Xiaoying has always believed her parents were innocent.  Xiaoying leaves the town in search for the man who was involved of her parents' frame. But when she meets this man who has no knowledge of the true involvement, he teaches her martial arts to avenge for the frame of her parents.

After the death of Xiaoying's parents, she was taken in by family of farmers and became a farmer like her parents. In her heart, she knows her parents were innocent and she vows to clear their name. Xiaoying had to grow up fast to seek justice.
